We also try to colour code the maintenance free roof (aluminium cappings, finial, cresting).<font size="3" face="Arial" class="bodycopy"><br> <br> <b><i> White versions</i></b><br> <br> 1 base coat stain, 2 microporous water bourne system white gloss top coats.<br> <br> Both versions are factory sprayed using micro cross linked water bourne system to achieve a low maintenance surface.<br> <br> <b>Face Panels and Designs</b><br> <br> An infinite number and variety of designs and sizes are available (subject to structural considerations). All doors are  pre-hung for ease of assembly.<br> <br> <b>Roof Construction and Design</b><br> <br> Moulded hardwood rafters with aluminium glazing caps used in all structures. Bespoke components are pre-erected to ensure absolute accuracy and ease of installation.<br> <br> <b>Vertical Glazing</b><br> <br> Toughened glass sealed units (4:20:4) are installed in every vertical section up to top transome line to be silicon security glazed on site. It should be noted that these units having been beaded externally and silicon bonded form a security glazing system which is generally removable from the inside only by total destruction.<br> <br> <b>Roof Glazing</b><br> <br> </font>Either safety glass, 16mm polycarbonate, or 25mm polycarbonate sheets may be specified for roof glazing. Our own glazing system ensures a leak free roof when properly installed.</span><font size="3" face="Arial" class="bodycopy"><span class="bodycopy"><br> <br> <b>Window Ventilation</b><br> <br> All opening windows are of a high performance specification, are conventionally hung on stainless steel friction hinges and fully draught proofed and fitted with brassised espagneolette handles.<br> <br> <b>Roof Ventilation</b><br> <br> This may be achieved by using a powder coated thermally broken , aluminium roof vent. This can be manually operated with a brass crank handle, electrically operated with on / off rocker switch or fully automatic with rain and temperature sensors. Suitable for 16mm or 2</span>5<span class="bodycopy">mm polycarbonate or 2</span>5<span class="bodycopy">mm toughened double glazed unit.<br> <br> <b>External Access</b><br> <br> Single or double doors are available (toughened 4:12:4 double glazed units) and of course either open in or out. All doors systems are fitted with high security bolts where necessary and are fully weather proofed.<br> <br> <b>Technical Advice</b><br> <br> Full technical support and advice may be called for and will always be provided in an easily understood form.<br> <br> <b>Delivery</b><br> <br> We pride ourselves on an efficient service. Delivery period can fluctuate throughout the year according to demand.<br> <br> <b>Guarantee</b><br> <br> We guarantee our product and workmanship for five years from date of structural completion of any contract, subject to a contract price being paid in full.
